Lingual or invisible braces cost from £2,000 in our Central London Clinic. Lingual braces are placed behind your teeth and are therefore virtually invisible to other people. Usually, lingual brackets are made of metal.

Other people can't see the brackets unless they look inside your mouth.

Cons:

In the first few weeks, until you've adapted fully, the braces may hurt your tongue and make it more difficult to speak
