At ODL, we use a team approach to help our patients achieve the smile of their dreams in the safest, quickest and most affordable way possible.
With us, your braces treatment is carried by an entire orthodontic team ensuring that as it moves through its different stages, you are always treated by the finest and most qualified professional in each stage. This also means that you have the skills, experience and expertise of different professionals which work collaboratively to give you the best results possible.
This team effort made us recent winners of: Best Patient Care in the UK, National Team of the Year, Best Practice and Practice of the Year.
Many clinics in London usually charge one fixed price for braces, irrespective of how simple or difficult the treatment plan may be. At ODL Dental, we know that every case is different and believe in offering a fair and competitive price, based on the level of complexity and the length of the treatment. With our Pay-As-You-Go braces plan, you pay for the treatments as they are completed, rather than having to pay a full fixed fee up-front. The cost of braces or teeth straightening treatment in our central London clinic goes from £850 to £3550, depending on the type of braces.
Please see the chart below for a list of braces we offer and a summary of the key differences between them. Should you decide to book a no-obligation consultation at the clinic, we would be happy to explain the differences and advantages / disadvantages of each treatment option. A consultation, which costs £59, will allow us to assess the best option for you.
Please be aware that the above prices serve as a guide only. We really do try to give a good idea, we don’t want to waste your time, but treatment for each case is tailored to suit the needs and choices of the individual. Specific treatments vary on different patients and our fees reflect this (up or down!). We always prepare written treatment proposals and a clear outline of the fees involved for our complex cases.
At ODL, braces start from £850 and go up to £3,550, depending on the type and complexity of treatment. We also offer a Pay-As-You-Go plan, so you only pay for the treatments as they’re completed.
Treatment time varies depending on the complexity of your case and the type of braces you choose. It can range from 6 months for minor corrections to 18–24 months for more complex cases.
We offer metal braces, tooth-coloured ceramic braces, lingual (invisible) braces, Invisalign clear aligners, and Six Month Smiles. Each has its own benefits in terms of appearance, comfort, and treatment speed.
You may experience mild discomfort or pressure for a few days after your braces are fitted or adjusted. This is normal and a sign that your teeth are moving into position. Over-the-counter pain relief can help during this adjustment period.
Absolutely! Teeth straightening is suitable for both teenagers and adults. We regularly treat adult patients who want to improve their smile and bite, often with discreet options like Invisalign or lingual braces.
